On the initiative of Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel, now farmers selling paddy at support price are going to get the facility to get online tokens for selling paddy sitting at home. On the instructions of the Chief Minister, registered farmers have been given complete information about applying for token online on mantralayajob.in for the purpose of simplification and systematic management of the process of issuing tokens for paddy sale.
With the help of this ‘Token Tunhar Haath’ app, every registered farmer will be able to get token to sell paddy in the respective procurement center on the date decided by him. Through this app, farmers will get all the latest information related to information of farmer registered by the committee, registered area, bank account, token and paddy purchase etc. Using this app, registered farmers can get tokens from the respective procurement committees.
For the next 7 days, online tokens up to 30 percent of the daily purchasing capacity can be obtained from the concerned committee or procurement center through the purchasing center app. Even within the above limit, marginal, small and long term farmers will get equal opportunity for tokens in proportion to their registered numbers.

Paddy Procurement Committee will have the capacity to issue 70 percent offline tokens. Token Tuhar Haath Mobile App Registration Process –
- First of all download the Kisan Token App from the download link given below.
- After that the farmer will have to register on the basis of the registration number (code) of the committee.
- As soon as the farmer enters the code, your complete information will be visible.
- After which the farmer’s name, district, procurement center and mobile number will be displayed.
- Enter your mobile number and enter OTP.
- Now your registration will be successfully submitted.
- Now you can apply for the token.

CG Tokan App important instructions
- A maximum of 3 tokens per farmer are allowed to be created (which will also include canceled tokens).
- The sum of the three tokens issued to the farmer must be equal or less than the quantity of paddy purchasable from the farmer.
- The quantity of paddy in the token is 0.40 kg. It is mandatory to enter the ratio per bag.
- The time limit for creating a new token is 09:30 AM to 05:00 PM from Sunday to Friday.
- Today’s date is not allowed in the date for weighing the token.
- Selection of Saturday, Sunday and government holidays as the date for weighing the token is not allowed.
- Issuance of tokens of farmers whose bank account is not verified is not allowed.
- D.M.R. Cash and D.M.R. Commodity loan accounts of loaner farmers not verified Issuance of token is not permitted.
- Farmers are not allowed to issue two tokens of the same date.
- Before issuing a new token, it is mandatory for the society to take action (date amendment/cancellation) of the pending tokens of previous dates.
- The quantity of paddy remaining for issue of token will be calculated excluding canceled tokens.
- Issuance of tokens is allowed for the next 7 days from today.

मुख्यमंत्री श्री भूपेश बघेल की पहल पर अब समर्थन मूल्य पर धान बेचने वाले किसानों को धान विक्रय के लिए घर बैठे ऑनलाइन टोकन प्राप्त करने की सुविधा मिलेगी। मुख्यमंत्री के निर्देश पर पंजीकृत किसान को धान विक्रय हेतु टोकन जारी करने की प्रक्रिया के सरलीकरण एवं सुव्यवस्थित प्रबंधन के उद्देश्य से एन.आई.सी. द्वारा एन्ड्रॉयड एप ‘टोकन तुहर हाथ’ विकसित किया गया है।
‘टोकन तुहर हाथ’ एप की सहायता से प्रत्येक पंजीकृत किसान संबंधित उपार्जन केन्द्र में स्वयं के द्वारा निर्धारित तिथि में धान विक्रय हेतु टोकन प्राप्त कर सकेंगे। इस एप द्वारा किसान को समिति द्वारा दर्ज किसान की जानकारी पंजीकृत रकबा, बैंक खाता, टोकन एवं धान खरीदी आदि की सभी नवीनतम जानकारियां प्राप्त होंगी। इस एप के उपयोग से पंजीकृत किसानों द्वारा संबंधित समिति उपार्जन या उपार्जन केन्द्रों में आगामी 7 दिवस तक टोकन प्राप्त किया जा सकता है। एप के माध्यम से संबंधित समिति या उपार्जन केन्द्र में प्रत्येक दिन की खरीदी क्षमता के 30 प्रतिशत की सीमा तक ऑनलाइन टोकन प्राप्त किया जा सकेगा। उक्त सीमा में भी सीमांत, लघु व दीर्घ कृषकों को उनकी पंजीकृत संख्या के अनुपात में टोकन हेतु समान अवसर उपलब्ध होगा।
संबंधित समिति उपार्जन केन्द्र में शेष 70 प्रतिशत खरीदी क्षमता की मात्रा ऑफलाइन टोकन हेतु उपलब्ध रहेंगी। ताकि जो किसान एप के माध्यम से टोकन प्राप्त करने में असुविधा महसूस करते हैं। उन्हें पूर्व वर्षों की भांति समिति मॉड्यूल से टोकन प्राप्त हो सके। एप के माध्यम से टोकन जारी करने की व्यवस्था पूर्व वर्षों में समिति माड्यूल से टोकन जारी करने की व्यवस्था करने की प्रक्रिया के अलावा अतिरिक्त रूप से की जा रही है। इस प्रकार कृषकों को ऑनलाइन एवं ऑफलाईन दोनों माध्यमों से टोकन प्राप्त हो सकेगा। उक्त एप के उपयोग से समिति/उपार्जन केन्द्रों में टोकन प्राप्त करने हेतु किसानों की भीड़ में कमी आएगी। किसानों को घर बैठे धान बेचने हेतु टोकन प्राप्त हो सकेगा, उन्हें समिति, उपार्जन केन्द्रों में जाने की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी। किसानों को अपनी पंजीयन संबंधित जानकारी जैसे व्यक्तिगत, भूमिगत/खाता / धान खरीदी एवं भुगतान की जानकारी भी सुगमता से प्राप्त हो सकेगी।
टोकन तुहर हाथ महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश
- एक किसान का अधिकतम 3 टोकन बनाने की अनुमति है (जिसमें निरस्त किये गये टोकन भी शामिल होंगे) ।
- किसान को जारी तीनों टोकनों का योग किसान से धान खरीदी योग्य मात्रा के बराबर या कम होना अनिवार्य है।
- टोकन में धान की मात्रा 0.40 क्वि. प्रति बोरा के अनुपात में प्रविष्ट करना अनिवार्य है।
- नया टोकन बनाने हेतु रविवार से शुक्रवार तक 09:30 AM से 05:00 PM की समय सीमा निर्धारित है।
- टोकन में तौल हेतु दिनांक में आज के दिनांक की अनुमति नही है।
- टोकन में तौल हेतु दिनांक में शनिवार, रविवार एवं शासकीय अवकाश के दिनांकों के चयन की अनुमति नहीं है।
- बैंक खाता सत्यापित नही हुए किसानों का टोकन जारी करने की अनुमति नही है।
- डी.एम.आर. कैश और डी. एम. आर. वस्तु ऋण खाता सत्यापित नही हुए ऋणी किसानों का टोकन जारी करने की अनुमति नहीं है।
- किसान का एक ही दिनांक का 2 टोकन जारी करने की अनुमति नही है।
- नया टोकन जारी करने से पहले पिछले दिनांकों के लंबित टोकन की कार्यवाही (दिनांक संशोधन / निरस्त ) सोसाइटी द्वारा करना अनिवार्य है।
- टोकन जारी हेतु शेष धान की मात्रा की गणना निरस्त टोकन को छोड़कर की जाएगी।
- आज से आगामी 7 दिनों का टोकन जारी करने की अनुमति है।
